Four Free-form Haiku by 平松星童 (Hiramatsu Seidou)

遠い祭がきこえる金魚水の中で寂しい花火になる

I can hear a festival far away
The goldfish in the water
become lonely fireworks

年の暮の人間ねずみのように殖えて出歩く

At the end of the year
people multiply and scurry about
like mice

あいたいとだけびしょびしょのはがきいちまい

Just to say I miss you
a postcard wet with tears

なみだふきながららくがきしている

Wiping away my tears
I scribble this down
